If you have manufacturer coupons that are expired, the military bases overseas can use them up to 6 months past the expiration date at their base PX and Commissary.  Store specific coupons are of no value overseas, just manufacturer coupons!  You can also send current Manufacturer coupons that you do not plan to use.  Most recommend only sending coupons that are 2 months or less past their expiration date due to the time to ship and organize donated coupons.  Here are a few ways below as to how to get the coupons to the troops overseas.
